Happy Goat - The G

This is a classic coffee from Happy Goat. They had this blend for many years.

My better half loves it but I have mixed feelings about it.

The first thing that threw me off is the fact that the beans used in this blend are different sizes and different roasting. You can see the drastic difference between them. I am never sure if in an espresso I will get more beans of a kind than the others and then in the next espresso will I get a different mix of beans.

I can’t taste if there is a difference but that lingers in my mind.

This blend is not something I want to get again because there are too many dark beans in the mix. It leaves a slight burnt taste to my espressos that I don’t appreciate.
