One of my favourite coffees for a long time.

It is a great blend that gives me good espresso and good coffee cups. It is rare to find a blend of coffee that can work well with different ways to extract it. Most of the time if they give you great espressos, they will not give you the best drip coffee.

When I make espresso with this one, I like to extract for a few extra seconds. To me it seems to give it a little bit more flavour and that gives me the best espresso. Insted of extracting for 30 seconds, I aim to extract for 40 seconds. If I go over that, then the obvious is that it is bitter.
